Who we are

Perfectas (“we”, “us”) is an online store of women’s clothing and accessories that serves customers in Venezuela from perfectasve.com. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

We keep the data we collect to a minimum. This website does not have user accounts and does not process payments.

• Contact form: the email address and the message you choose to write. Please do not include sensitive information, such as health or financial details, in your message.
• Technical and usage data: when you visit the site, Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights record the pages you view, the page that referred you, your approximate country, the type of browser and device, and performance measurements. This data does not identify you personally and is collected without cookies.
• Language preference: if you choose a language with the language selector, we store that choice in a cookie named NEXT_LOCALE.

How we use your information

We use the information only for these purposes:

• To read and answer the message you send us through the contact form.
• To send you an automatic confirmation that we received your message.
• To understand how the site is used and to keep it fast, secure and easy to use.
• To remember your language so the site opens in the language you chose.
• To comply with legal obligations and to protect our rights if necessary.

Legal basis

When you use the contact form, we process your email address and message based on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending. You can withdraw it at any time.

We process basic technical and usage data based on our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the site. The language cookie is used only to provide the preference you requested.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. We rely on a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf and only to provide their service:

• Vercel Inc.: website hosting, analytics and performance measurement.
• Resend: delivery of the emails that the contact form generates.
• Public authorities, when the law requires it.

International transfers

Our providers are based in, or operate servers in, countries other than yours, including the United States. When your data is transferred abroad, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms offered by those providers.

How long we keep it

Messages and the email address you send us are kept for as long as needed to answer you and follow up on your request, and then for up to 24 months, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. After that, they are deleted.

Analytics and performance data are kept in aggregated form for the period set by the provider. The language cookie expires after one year.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Request that we erase your information.
• Request that we restrict the processing of your information.
• Receive your information in a portable format.
• Object to the processing of your information.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing that took place before.
• If you live in California, to know what we collect, to request deletion and correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. We do not sell or share it, and we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

How to exercise your rights

Write to us at the address in the Contact section and tell us what you need. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on your request. We will reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may also file a complaint with the data protection authority of your country or region.

Cookies

We use a single cookie, and it is functional: NEXT_LOCALE stores the language you selected and lasts one year. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our analytics work without cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will keep working, but it may not remember your language.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13 years of age, or under 16 where local law sets a higher age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to what is necessary. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the new version on this page and change the date at the top. We encourage you to review it periodically.
